The Wings Group purchased a stake in the development and ownership of this prime property on 86th Street and 3rd Avenue, which was once occupied by WINGS stores during the 80's and 90's. The Wings Group managed and oversaw the assemblage of the various lots that would become The Brompton. The development rights for the fee above the plane were sold to The Related Companies who subsequently built a 22-story marquee residential and commercial condominium. The Wings Group sustained ownership and management of the retail condominium and now leases over 20,000sf to a trifecta of tenants including: AT&T, Urban Outfitters, and Athleta (Gap, Inc.).
